1. Services

I, Anna Marnits, offer astrological coaching sessions, lessons, free workbooks, and paid courses/marathons. By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms.

2. Payments

Payments for services are processed through Square or PayPal. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

1-on-1 Coaching and Lessons:

• Full refunds are available if cancellations are made 72 hours prior to the scheduled session.

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

• Sessions can be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Courses and Marathons:

• Refunds are only available if the course or marathon has not yet started. Once the course has begun, no refunds will be issued.

4. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule 1-on-1 coaching sessions or lessons if they inform me at least 24 hours in advance. If notice is given less than 24 hours prior, the session will be considered missed and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to, workbooks, courses, marathons, and coaching materials provided through this website or during sessions, is the intellectual property of Anna Marnits. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share this content without explicit permission.

6. Disclaimer

Astrological coaching and guidance are tools for personal growth and self-reflection. The information provided during sessions or in materials should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, whether medical, legal, or financial. While I strive to provide accurate insights, I do not guarantee specific results. You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on the guidance provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anna Marnits will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services, including coaching sessions, lessons, or courses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Province], Canada.
